LBO is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any brand we sell. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. How pre-order works
Most items are purchased from official brand websites overseas after you place your order. Estimated arrival in Malaysia is 3–5 weeks. We will inform you if there is a delay. Ready-stock items are posted on working days.
3. Prices
Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and include the item, overseas shipping, import tax, insurance and service charge. Domestic delivery within Malaysia is charged separately and shown at checkout. Crossed-out prices show the brand’s own retail price converted to RM; sale prices follow the brand’s actual sale price at the time of listing.
4. Payment
- Pay in full by card or online banking (FPX).
- Instalments via Atome, SPayLater or Grab PayLater, subject to the provider’s own terms.
- 50% deposit (pre-order items only): pay the balance when your item arrives in Malaysia. We will notify you; please pay within 14 days of that notice.
5. Cancellation
Because we buy each item specifically for you, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once we have purchased your item, except where there is a problem with the product or an error on our side. If you ask to cancel before we have purchased it, a refund is at our discretion and is usually approved. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Out of stock
If the item sells out at the brand store after you pay, we will offer a replacement or a full refund of what you paid.
7. Authenticity
All items are bought from official brand websites or their authorised retailers. Proof of purchase can be shown on request.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Consumer claims may be brought to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies.

- LBO ialah peruncit bebas, tidak berafiliasi dengan mana-mana brand.
- Barang pre-order dibeli dari laman rasmi brand di luar negara selepas anda membuat pesanan; anggaran tiba 3–5 minggu.
- Harga dalam RM termasuk barang, penghantaran luar negara, cukai import, insurans dan caj servis; penghantaran dalam Malaysia dikira berasingan.
- Bayaran: penuh, ansuran (Atome / SPayLater / Grab PayLater) atau deposit 50% dengan baki dibayar dalam 14 hari selepas notis barang tiba.
- Pre-order tidak boleh dibatalkan selepas barang dibeli, kecuali barang bermasalah atau kesilapan pihak LBO. Jika batal sebelum barang dibeli, bayaran balik atas budi bicara LBO dan biasanya diluluskan.
- Jika stok habis di kedai brand, kami tawarkan barang ganti atau bayaran balik penuh.
- Terma ini tidak menjejaskan hak anda di bawah Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999. Undang-undang Malaysia terpakai.
