The contents of these Terms & Conditions may be updated, modified, moved, or deleted at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website/services after changes implies your acceptance.
Kandungan Terma & Syarat ini boleh dikemas kini, diubah, dipindah atau dipadam pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis. Penggunaan berterusan laman/servis selepas perubahan dianggap sebagai persetujuan anda.

Any breach may result in immediate action by Luxury Branded Outlet (LBO).
Sebarang pelanggaran boleh dikenakan tindakan serta-merta oleh Luxury Branded Outlet (LBO).

2) General

By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Dengan mengakses/menggunakan laman ini dan membuat pesanan, anda bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma & Syarat ini.

3) Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices and stock levels may change without prior notice.
Semua produk tertakluk pada ketersediaan. Harga dan stok boleh berubah tanpa notis.

We may cancel or refuse any order in case of unavailability, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud, or non-compliance.
Kami boleh membatalkan atau menolak pesanan jika stok tiada, berlaku ralat harga/penerangan, disyaki penipuan, atau ketidakpatuhan.

4) Orders & Payment

Order confirmation: upon full payment (ready stock) or minimum deposit (pre-order; eligible items only).
Pengesahan pesanan: selepas bayaran penuh (ready stock) atau deposit minimum (pre-order; item layak).

Pre-order balance must be settled within 14 days after arrival notice; otherwise the deposit is forfeited and the item may be resold.
Baki pre-order perlu dijelaskan dalam 14 hari selepas dimaklumkan ketibaan; jika gagal, deposit dilucuthak dan item boleh dijual semula.

Use your phone number as the payment reference and WhatsApp the payment proof with your full name, address & phone number.
Gunakan nombor telefon sebagai rujukan bayaran dan WhatsApp bukti bayaran bersama nama penuh, alamat & nombor telefon.

Installments/PayLater (e.g., Atome/Grab/Shopee) are subject to the provider’s terms.
Ansuran/PayLater (cth. Atome/Grab/Shopee) tertakluk kepada terma penyedia pihak ketiga.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Domestic postage (Malaysia): RM10 (Peninsular) / RM20 (Sabah & Sarawak) for the first 500g.
Pos domestik (Malaysia): RM10 (Semenanjung) / RM20 (Sabah & Sarawak) untuk 500g pertama.

Ready stock processing time: 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Masa pemprosesan ready stock: 1–3 hari bekerja selepas pengesahan bayaran.

Pre-order ETA: 4–6 weeks (we will notify upon arrival). If no update after 6 weeks, please contact us.
ETA pre-order: 4–6 minggu (kami akan maklumkan apabila tiba). Jika tiada kemas kini melebihi 6 minggu, sila hubungi kami.

Delivery timelines depend on the courier and may be affected by customs or third-party logistics.
Garis masa penghantaran tertakluk kepada kurier dan boleh dipengaruhi kastam atau logistik pihak ketiga.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Pre-order: no return, exchange or cancellation after we have placed the supplier order, unless due to our fault (wrong/defective item).
Pre-order: tiada pulangan/pertukaran/pembatalan selepas tempahan pembekal dibuat, kecuali kerana kecuaian pihak kami (item salah/defektif).

Ready stock: returns/exchanges accepted only for defective/wrong items; report within 48 hours of receipt; item must be unused with original tags/packaging.
Ready stock: pulangan/pertukaran diterima hanya untuk item rosak/tersalah terima; lapor dalam 48 jam selepas diterima; item mesti belum digunakan dengan tag/bungkusan asal.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed after inspection and approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
Bayaran balik (jika berkenaan) diproses selepas pemeriksaan dan diluluskan. Caj pos tidak dipulangkan kecuali kesalahan pihak kami.

7) Authenticity Guarantee

All items are 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted brand channels. We do not sell replicas, imitations, or counterfeit products.
Semua item adalah 100% original, diperoleh terus daripada saluran jenama yang dipercayai. Kami tidak menjual replika, imitasi atau barangan tiruan.

8) Colours, Sizing & Descriptions

Minor variance in colour/fit may occur due to lighting, screen settings or factory tolerance. Size guides are indicative.
Perbezaan kecil warna/potongan boleh berlaku disebabkan pencahayaan, tetapan skrin atau toleransi kilang. Carta saiz adalah indikatif.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Setakat yang dibenarkan undang-undang, LBO tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerugian tidak langsung/sekunder akibat penggunaan laman atau produk kami. Jumlah tanggungan kami bagi sesuatu pesanan terhad kepada jumlah yang dibayar untuk pesanan tersebut.

10) Personal Data (PDPA) — Consent for Purchase & Promotions

By making payment, you authorize us to process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), as amended in 2024, for order processing, purchase-related communication, and (with your consent) to receive promotions, offers and marketing campaigns. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time (reply “STOP” on WhatsApp/SMS or email us).
Dengan membuat pembayaran, anda memberi kebenaran kepada kami untuk memproses data peribadi anda menurut Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (Akta 709) sebagaimana dipinda pada 2024, bagi tujuan pemprosesan pesanan, komunikasi berkaitan pembelian serta (dengan persetujuan anda) menerima promosi, tawaran dan kempen pemasaran. Anda boleh menarik balik persetujuan pemasaran pada bila-bila masa (balas “STOP” di WhatsApp/SMS atau e-mel).

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be submitted to the courts of Malaysia.
Terma ini ditadbir oleh undang-undang Malaysia. Pertikaian akan diusahakan penyelesaian baik; jika gagal, dirujuk kepada mahkamah di Malaysia.
